You may request to rebook your ticket at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Please email csr@dinoisland.ph with your booking details and preferred new date. Rebooking is subject to availability.
If you miss your visit without prior notice, your ticket will be considered used and will not be eligible for rebooking or refund.
In case Dino Island cancels an event or temporarily closes, affected ticket holders may rebook or request a full refund within 7 days of the original visit date.
